Shipping & Returns / Terms & Conditions

Teacup puppies  sells  puppy as pets only within the USA , Canada & Internationally. The puppy may be shipped via United Airlines cargo facility or may be hand delivered  via a flight nanny service ( additional ) or may be picked up  ( no discount given if this method is chosen ) or deivered locally ) at an addditional cost . 

The puppy is to be received the same day as it is shipped . Travel time may vary from  3 to 12 hours or more via cargo or hand delivery from the time it leaves Phoenix , SkyHarbor Airport to its destination airport . ( Weather  permitting, connections and/or delays )

We offer a one year  guarantee on all of our puppies against congenital defects (defects that can kill it only). Please note that minor defects such as worms , patella luxation knee(s), coccidia , giardia, cherry eye , hernia(s) etc.. ( please refer to our contract ) are not congenital defects that will kill it and therefore do not apply for a full refund . This guarantee will only be valid if the customer sees a certified veterinary within 3 days  ( business days ) holidays excluded,  from the date the  puppy is  purchased and received  . Proof of veterinarian visit will be required if the puppy is said to  have a life threatening health /congenital issue within 3 days . A refund  or
credit may be applied at sellers discretion .

Refunds / Credits

If a refund or credit is applied, the puppy must be returned to us exactly as it was originally received and in the same condition or the exchange will be null and void , no exceptions . All paper work need to be returned ( just as it was originally received ) and the puppy must be returned in the same physical / health condition . Customer is liable for all shipping cost(s) for returning a puppy for full refund , credit or exchange . All Returns or cancellations are subject to a $75 veterinary evaluation processing fee after  3 days  of purchase. This fee will be deducted from the refund , and this fee will be used toward our certified veterinary who will be performing a wellness check up and health evaluation to allow us to determine the pet’s health condition  . If the veterinary’s professional opinion  findings are due to neglect or abuse  , the refund/ credit will immediately  be denied, no exception.

After 3 days of the  puppy purchase , there are no refunds given , only credit may be applied ( at seller’s discretion )  or an exchange puppy may be given to the buyer . Customer is liable for all shipping costs for returning a puppy .The original shipping charges incurred for your purchase will not be refundable as part of your return. Shipping Fees are as follows ; Cargo delivery $350 will be deducted from the refund , and Hand delivery service (standby )$600 will be deducted from the refund, Hand delivery service (no standby  ) will be based on the original cost of the tickets purchased. “Local pick up ” cost ($150 ) will also be deducted from the refund and ” local delivery” ($150 ) will be deducted from refund.
Sales tax will automatically be calculated as applicable and added to each return. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible .Once the puppy is returned and has been received. We will credit your account for the price of the puppy returned minus shipping/delivery costs and / or return delivery cost as well. Refunds will be issued in the same matter in which it was  originally purchased  ( less shipping and handling). Once your refund request form has been received and accepted ,   please allow 4 – 10 business days to process your refund which will depend on your financial institution.

 

LATE BALANCE PAYMENTS / NO SHOW 

*We understand that illness can happen or life circumstances can occur, or you may change your mind and decide to no longer adopt the puppy that you purchased.   We  want to underline that despite life’s unexpected events  , that for us , the cost of keeping a puppy for more than one week or a month adds up . We may have to board your puppy  while we are away , either on a business trip or on vacation . We may be forced to hire a pet sitter while we are away . It’s also important to understand the puppy gets older And becomes  harder to re-home  . Further more their adoption fee can potentially decrease due to their age and may no longer be adoptable .( as it is harder for a puppy to transition to its  new home as they get older) especially as they get older , because they have a better understanding of  their environment. And so , with this in mind, we have strict rules and associated penalty fees when it comes to late balance payment or late delivery /pick up after full payment is made*.

 

*LATE PAYMENT BALANCE  : Once a deposit ($500 or more ) is made and accepted to reserve / purchase a puppy , we require full payment  due within one week of initial deposit . If the balance due is made later than one week after the initial deposit , we reserve the right to charge a mandatory weekly boarding fee of $75 for up to 2 weeks. After two weeks has expired , a third and final  fee we will collected in the amount of  $125 . After the third week ends, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction , and re-advertise the puppy that was initially reserved. The puppy will no longer be available to that particular person/family .The initial deposit of $500 to reserve a puppy will be not returned / refunded and a restocking penalty fee of 25% (will be charged against the full puppy price )which will pay for our re-advertisement and all expenses incurred during the non- pick up period. The puppy will no longer be available for adoption to this person/family and we reserve the right to refuse any future adoption .

 

FULL PAYMENTS MADE / NO SHOW : Once we have received full payment on your puppy , We require the puppy to be delivered to your nearest airport or picked up here locally within one week of full payment made . If not,  fees will be assessed up to three weeks  and your deposit will be non refunded . We reserve the right to charge a mandatory weekly boarding fee of $75 for up to 2 weeks. After two weeks has expired ,we will collect a $125 fee on the third week. After the third week ends, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction , and re-advertise the puppy that was initially reserved. The puppy will no longer be available to that particular person/family .The initial deposit of $500 to reserve a puppy will be not be returned /refunded and a restocking fee of 25% (will be charged against the full puppy price ), which will pay for our re-advertisement and all expenses incurred during the non- pick up period. The puppy will not longer be available for adoption to this person/family and we reserve the right to refuse any future adoption .

Please note that the  fees will be taken out of the collected deposit(s) or the full payment made upfront . If the mandatory fees are exceeding the deposit amount  or full puppy price , the client is responsible to pay this debt . If we can’t collect the remaining balance, we  will take legal action for all unpaid fees or fees disputed. Keep in mind that you will be require to travel to the State of Arizona to appear in court if necessary and that other court & lawyer fees may apply.
